a - Registration data
The registration data refer to the fields you filled in when you create or update your Translate Go account.

b - Usage data
When you browse the Translate Go website, usage data will be automatically stored to provide you with a personalized experience. For example, Translate Go will automatically be set to the last language you use. Translate Go allows you to view a list of translation tasks you have performed, including details such as date, source language, target language, and word number. This information also allows Translate Go to calculate the available credit limit in your account. d – User contribution

• Evaluate the audience of the Translate Go website

Translate Go takes all necessary precautions, organizational, and technical measures to ensure the confidentiality of the information stored on the Translate Go website. Registered users' email addresses and personal data will not appear at any time.

Regarding the paid usage of the Translate Go service, the user's payment details are saved by the payment management company: PayPal.

You may share information about your use of Translate Go services on social networks. Translate Go is not responsible for the information you disseminate in this situation.

Translate Go promises not to disclose your information to any third party without your consent, and promises to take all necessary precautions, appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect the security of your personal data, in particular to prevent it from being distorted, damaged, or accessed by unauthorized third parties. Data is hosted in China and the United States

Translate Go reserves the right to sue those who attempts to access personal information unrelated to them.

a - Delete personal data
You may obtain communications and correct or delete information about you if necessary.
For this reason, you may modify your profile information on the "My Account" page of the Translate Go website online. Translate Go reserves the right to verify the identity of the contacts before allowing them to access personal data or considering their corrections.

b - Cancel reference
You may ask search engines and Translate Go to stop associating content that damages your first and last names. If your request involves content that appears in the word usage examples given by Translate Go, you may request that the content be deleted. The request must be made through a contact form, and you should be able to justify that harm is caused and your identity is legitimate. Please note that Translate Go does not accept any claims for damages.

c - Responsibilities
Users remain responsible for the content they post on the Translate Go website and manage their passwords.
Users agree to assume full responsibility for the content sent, displayed, or downloaded during the use of the service. Users agree not to use the service in any way that violates applicable laws, including but not limited to anti-spam laws and regulations related to confidentiality, and agree to take full responsibility for complying with all such laws and regulations. Users further agree not to use the service to convey any information or material that is harassing, defamatory, threatening, obscene, indecent, infringing upon the intellectual property rights of any third party, or otherwise illegal, incurs civil liability, or constitutes or encourages the following actions: may constitute a criminal offence according to any applicable law or regulation.
Translate Go reserves the right to take appropriate measures (including prosecution) where appropriate.
